The E300 electric scooter for kids and teens are one of the favourite models available today. They are a step up from the E100, E200 and E200 ranges that are best for younger children from eight to twelve years of age. The E300 and E300S ranges are the industry models aimed at those from twelve years of age upwards.
This model has been built with the capacity to take riders up to approx 17st 12lbs. The product has the largest body frame of all the models. The extra large frame and the additional width of the 25cm pneumatic tyres, helps to provide the machines stability and helps the rider to experience a much smoother ride.
Manufacturers have developed a 250 watt motor that is electrically powered and is kind to the environment. The previous issue of excessive noise from the engine has been eliminated by making the engine chain drive run smoother.
Two 12V lead acid batteries are used to power the motor. On a full charge the batteries can provide up to 12 hours of use. Each E300 model comes with its own battery charger included in the total price. Replacement chargers and battery packs are available for purchase. The approved UL charger takes up to eight hours to charge from minus to full.
Furthermore, included in the retail price is the full tool kit for self assembly of the product. The electric item for kids and teens has dimensions of 41 x 17 x 42 inches when fully assembled. The handlebars fold down to allow for easy storage in limited space. The total weight of the assembled E300 electric scooter is 52 lbs. With a starting price on the internet of around 230.00 pounds the scooter is available from many of the well known retailers. Delivery may be charged for at the point of ordering.
There is a wide variety of safety equipment for riders to choose from. The costs of the helmets, knee pads and elbow pads start from around 12 pounds up to the top of the range at approx 90 pounds per piece of equipment.
